This shot was taken on the way to Bakersfield, CA.
We are in Bakersfield this morning and we will be heading for Williams, AZ shortly. I am sad to be leaving CA, but the trip must continue. We should arrive at the Grand Canyon Railway around 8:00 pm, have a dinner there, then ride the train tomorrow to the Southern Rim of the Grand Canyon.

I had a veggie pizza with goat cheese, eggplant, roasted peppers, and tomatoes.
We topped that off with Vegan Peach Pie.
