Welcome Home

. . . and Cowgirl, ' Mom Treavel ' says,

"I Love You" in American Sign Language.

"Welcome home Cowpeople."

VanBuren Henderson is stunned that the cowpeople actually made it home.

Pam and Ted Williams welcome the cowpeople home. The cowfolk were wearing their boots, jeans and hats that they bought while driving through TEXAS. Ted says he will go to the Wild West with us next time to meet the Little Miss Middles (after reading the blog).

Even though I'm now a world traveler, it's still nice to come home
to the ' warm fuzzies ' the Williams' offer.

Josh Williams takes a moment from his computer work to signal

a welcome home and nice job on the blog.

Home Again, Home Again

Home again, home again with three bags full!

Souvenirs

We thank God for our blessed journey and His protection.

Thanks to all the wonderful friends who allowed us into their lives.

Our Virginia "Rose"

Our last stop on this whirl wind tour of the United States was Aunt Rose in Virginia.
The whole family "turned out" to see these gypsies and their favorite cuz".
There was a rain storm and the creeks were flooding, so we had to leave quickly.
We'll be back, Rose and bring you to visit us!

Charlotte's E-Web

The Beatty's and Brewer

First & Last

I had long waited to meet Mrs. Norma Beatty and the day finally arrived. She is such a sweetheart and a Nationally Certified Teacher. I was so glad to have the opportunity to share some personal time with her. I enjoyed meeting her husband "John Beatty" as well.

What a dynamic duo they are . . .

See?!!! . . .

True Love

" Norma, they have eyes!?!"

As the crab used to say, "Going to pinch you . . . "

Professionals at work . . .

And a good time was had by all - what a wild bunch! See ya . . . love ya!

"The Bear"

Marianna, Florida with "The Bear"
During my conversation with "The Bear", he told me
many stories about his coaching and teaching.
As far as my life is concerned, I've lived by a simple motto,
"I don't make plans, I just make phone calls and write letters,
and let God take care of the rest."

And it's been a wonderful life!

"I got these in Texas . . . on sale"

I've spent 40 years teaching kids, I feel like I've been rode hard and put away wet"

We're here in Florida

We arrived in Florida on Friday morning at 2:00 am. We drove through the remainder of Texas, Louisana, Mississippi (ippississiM, as my grandmother used to spell it), Alabama, and finally Florida. We are staying at the Country Inn and Suites. Our friend, Bear Simpkins is picking us up and we are going to have dinner together here in Marianna. It is raining ad I wish I were still asleep, but there is too much to do to get ready for the day. We are heading to Charlotte, NC tonight.
